Place all ingredients for the sauce in a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat avocado oil and cook the ground beef and onion until it's no longer pink, then add in the garlic and ginger.
Stir in the sauce and continue cooking for 6-7 minutes. If there is too much sauce, stir in some arrowroot starch.
Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
