• Skirt Steak or Pork Belly • Sesame Oil • Onion • Garlic • Kimchi Juice • Gochugaru • Fermented Kimchi • Shrimp • Tofu • Egg • Green Onions
Chop up the onion, garlic, and kimchi and slice the meat into small pieces.
Heat the oil and cook onion and garlic until lightly browned. Then stir in the meat until browned.
Add water, kimchi juice, gochugaru, and kimchi. Bring to a boil, then allow to simmer.
Stir in large chunks of tofu and shrimp, and simmer for a few minutes. Then stir in an egg, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with green onions.
