Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper. Next, pan fry in sizzling hot oil for 2 minutes per side, then set aside.
Heat more ghee, cook garlic until fragrant, then add in coconut milk, salt, pepper and yeast. Simmer until the sauce is slightly thickened.
Turn off heat, then stir in shrimp and lemon juice. Serve warm, sprinkled with parsley, red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese, if using.
