Optional: Ice if making iced version
Combine coffee, sugar, boiled water, and pumpkin spice. Whip at high speed for about 2 minutes until lighter in color and soft peaks form.
Whisk together the dairy-free milk and pumpkin puree.
For iced, fill up a glass with ice then pour in the pumpkin milk mixture. Pour the pumpkin spice whipped coffee over the milk. Stir to combine.
For hot, heat up the mixture first then pour into a mug. Top with pumpkin spice whipped coffee. Stir to combine, then enjoy!
