Roasted Cauliflower Hummus

INGREDIENTS

Garlic

Cauliflower

Olive Oil

Lemon Juice

Tahini

Cumin

Salt

Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut off tips of garlic, coat with olive oil and tightly wrap in foil. Roast. Chop cauliflower and toss with olive oil. Roast additional 30 minutes.

Squeeze out the garlic into the food processor. Add cauliflower, olive oil, tahini paste, lemon juice, cumin, sea salt, and water and blend until creamy.

Garnish with more olive oil, chopped parsley, sumac, and/or sesame seeds before serving. ENJOY!
