These healthy and easy Sautéed Asian Zucchini and Onions take less than 15 minutes for an easy Whole30 and low carb side dish!

INGREDIENTS

Avocado Oil

Garlic

Onion

Zucchini

Fish Sauce

Sesame Oil

Sesame Seeds

Coconut Aminos

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the zucchini into 3 even pieces widthwise. Quarter each piece and then halve each piece.

Sauté oil, garlic and zucchini for 2-3 minutes. Stir in onion, salt, coconut aminos and fish sauce.

Remove from heat, then stir in toasted sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
