Gluten Free Cornbread

Fluffy and crumbly gluten free cornbread that's made with cornmeal and no flour! Super simple to make with minimal ingredients, and you can easily bake them into muffins.

INGREDIENTS

Cornmeal

Yogurt

Honey

Baking Soda

Baking Powder

Salt

Ghee

Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large mixing bowl, stir together cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.

Whisk together yogurt, honey, ghee, egg, and vanilla extract. Add to dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.

Pour batter into a prepared baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Optional: spread some butter on top if you want a shiny top.

Cool for 10 minutes, then serve with butter and more honey. ENJOY!
