• Butter • Sugar • Egg • Ube Halaya • Ube Extract • Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour • Baking Powder • Sea Salt • Powdered Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Whip sugar and butter until fluffy. Add in egg, ube halaya, and ube extract, and whip to fully combine.

Stir in flour, baking powder, and sea salt, and mix until a thick dough forms. Flatten a little, then cover and freeze for an hour.

Scoop some dough, roll it into a ball and then coat in powdered sugar. Rest for 5 minutes, then roll in the powdered sugar again. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Cool for 10 minutes, then carefully transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
