Servings: 8 mini popsicles (approx)
- 2 pitted medjool dates or more to taste
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 avocado ripe
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice plus more if needed
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder
Soak medjool dates in hot water for 5 minutes until they soften up, then drain.
Add medjool dates, banana, avocado, milk, and cocoa powder in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add another soaked date if you want it sweeter. If the mixture is too thick to pour, you can add more milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
Pour into a mini popsicle mold. If you don't have a mold, you can pour into an ice cube tray and stick a popsicle stick into each square. Freeze for at least 4 hours. When ready to eat, pop them out of the mold and enjoy!
