Make the strawberry cold foam by adding all ingredients in a small blender. Blend for 5-10 seconds until thickened but still pourable. Make sure not to over-blend, or the mixture will become too thick or turn grainy. Set aside.

Add matcha and hot water in a bowl and whisk together until foamy with a whisk or an electric frother.
1 tsp matcha powder, 3-4 tbsp hot water
OPTIONAL: Add strawberries and sugar to a glass. Muddle until broken down into mini chunks. You can also blend them together then add to the glass.
Optional: 1/2 cup strawberries, Optional: 2 tsp sugar
Fill 3/4 of the glass with ice, then add milk. Top with matcha.
1 cup milk of your choice, Ice
Pour the strawberry cold foam on top. Stir and enjoy!
To get those dreamy layers:
- Start with strawberry puree or muddled fruit at the bottom.
- Add a tall layer of ice—this helps separate each component.
- Slowly pour milk over the back of a spoon.
- Repeat with the matcha.
Cold ingredients layer better than room temp ones, so chill each part if you can before assembling.
