full-fat coconut milk

nutritional yeast

apple cider vinegar

Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Use as dip, sauce, or dressing! This nacho cheese is great heated or chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
