- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs about 8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup avocado oil or olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or a glass container.
2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together to make the marinade.
1/4 cup avocado oil, Juice from 1 lemon, 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 6 garlic cloves, 2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs and massage to coat.
Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to medium high
Grill the chicken thighs for 4-6 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
