- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Spicy Garlic Sauce
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp honey Omit for Whole30

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Pat dry the wings and put the wings on a wire rack, skin side up. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 40 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and broil the wings for 5 minutes to make them crispy.
While the wings are cooking, put all ingredients for the spicy garlic sauce in a wide mouth jar. Insert an immersion blender into the jar until it touches the bottom.
Turn on the blender and blend until the mixture starts to emulsify and turn creamy. Slowly start moving the blender up and around until the sauce is completely emulsified. Pour the sauce into a large bowl.
Once the wings are done, pour them into the bowl with the spicy garlic sauce and toss to coat.
Serve with carrots, celery, and ranch.
