Fried Pickles

These low carb and keto air fryer fried pickles are breaded with crushed pork rinds, and so crunchy and addicting! They are way easier to make than deep fried pickles.

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Dill Pickles • Coconut Flour • Egg • Pork Panko • Paprika • Garlic Powder • Salt • Pepper

Optional  • Avocado Oil • Ranch Dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

Pat the pickles dry, sprinkle with coconut flour and toss gently so all sides are coated. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg.

In another bowl, mix pork panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge pickle slices in the egg wash, then press into the pork panko mixture.

Arrange the pickle slices in the air fryer. For extra crispy pickles, spray with avocado oil. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping hallway through. Serve with ranch dressing.
