• Asparagus • Ghee • Garlic • Onion • Bone Broth • Full Fat Coconut Milk • Lemon Juice • Salt • Pepper
Wash the asparagus and chop in half. Sauté garlic and onion until soft. Add asparagus, salt, and pepper, and cook stirring for 5 minutes.
Pour in bone broth and bring to a simmer. Lower the heat and let it simmer until asparagus is cooked through and soft.
Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. Then stir in coconut milk and lemon juice. Add more salt, pepper or lemon if needed.
