All you need to make this refreshing sorbet is Cantaloupe, Lemon Juice and Maple Syrup.
Cut the cantaloupe into cubes and place on a lined baking sheet, then freeze for at least 2 hours.
Next, process cantaloupe in a food processor, until crumbly. Then add lemon juice and maple syrup.
The sorbet should be smooth and easy to scoop with a spoon. Enjoy right away or store in the freezer!
