You don’t need an ice cream maker for this 3-ingredient vegan cantaloupe sorbet. It’s a delicious and refreshing fruity treat perfect for hot summer days. Plus, it’s dairy-free, paleo, gluten-free, and AIP-friendly!

All you need to make this refreshing sorbet is Cantaloupe, Lemon Juice and Maple Syrup.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the cantaloupe into cubes and place on a lined baking sheet, then freeze for at least 2 hours.

Next, process cantaloupe in a food processor, until crumbly. Then add lemon juice and maple syrup.

The sorbet should be smooth and easy to scoop with a spoon. Enjoy right away or store in the freezer!
