f you need a delicious dish for a group, look no further than this harvest sheet pan breakfast bake that’s hearty and comforting. With chicken sausage, eggs, and Fall veggies roasted to perfection, it’s a fantastic Whole30 meal!

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Chicken Sausage • Brussels Sprouts Sweet Potatoes • Onion • Pecans • Eggs • Dried Cranberries

SEASONING • Avocado Oil • Apple Cider Vinegar • Onion  Powder • Garlic Powder • Oregano • Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the sausage into 1/2-inch thick rounds and chop up the sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, and onion.

Whisk all seasoning ingredients together, then pour over the sausage and veggies, and toss together to coat evenly.

Spread out into an even layer on a baking sheet and bake until the vegetables are soft and lightly browned.

 Remove from the oven, stir in pecans and cranberries and make 6 wells. Drop an egg into each well and bake until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
