Cook onion and garlic in ghee until the onions are translucent, then add kimchi and cook until softened.
Next, stir in the crushed tomatoes, coconut aminos, salt, pepper, and gochugaru. Once the mixture starts to boil, lower the heat to simmer until slightly thickened.
Crack the eggs into the sauce, and cook for 5 minutes, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
