INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti

Shrimp

Lemon Juice

Garlic Cloves

Lemon Zest

Ghee

Parsley

Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

Heat ghee, add garlic and red pepper flakes, stir for 1 minute. Add shrimp, season, then cook for 1-2 minutes per side.

Turn the heat to low, then add cooked pasta, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Toss to combine.
