Crispy Chicken Salad

Delicious and easy paleo crispy chicken salad topped with flavorful and tangy honey mustard dressing! Perfect for a healthy Whole30 lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS

Egg

Chicken 

Almond Flour

Tapioca Starch

Avocado Oil

Lettuce

Tomatoes

Onions

Avocado

Honey Mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk an egg and in a separate bowl mix flour, starch and salt. Coat the chicken in the egg and then the flour mixture.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden, crispy, and cooked on the inside. Cut into slices.

Chop up the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and avocado and add to a large bowl or platter.

Add chicken slices to salad and drizzle with honey mustard dressing. ENJOY!
