Heat almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, and cloves while whisking occasionally.
When it starts boiling, turn off heat and add in maple syrup and the tea bag. Let it steep as the mixture cools. Then discard the tea bag and stir in chia seeds.
Let it rest for 5 minutes then stir again. Pour into a glass container and chill for 3 hours to overnight so the pudding firms up.
Serve alone or with your favorite toppings, like fruits, nuts, coconut chips, nut butter, and more.
