Parmesan Balsamic Dressing • Parmesan Cheese • Olive Oil • Balsamic Vinegar • Garlic • Dijon Mustard • Salt • Pepper • Mandarin Orange Juice
Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a blender, and blend until smooth. Add more water if it’s too thick for your liking.
Cook walnuts over medium heat until they are fragrant and golden brown. Then chop them up coarsely.
Chop up the cabbage and kale and add to a bowl with the dates, walnuts and mandarin oranges.
Pour the dressing over the slaw, and toss to coat evenly. Serve, topped with more grated parmesan cheese.
