• Pitted Medjool Dates • Fresh Sage • Ground Chicken • Smoked Paprika • Nutmeg • Ground Cloves • Ghee • Sea Salt OPTIONAL Crushed Red Pepper
Finely chop the dates with a sharp knife and mix evenly with the rest of the ingredients, except the ghee.
Form into about 10 small patties and pan fry in ghee for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Do one batch at a time as not to overcrowd your skillet. Rest the sausages for a few minutes, then enjoy warm.
