• Freeze Dried Strawberries • Butter • White Chocolate • Milk • Sugar • Vanilla • Salt • Eggs • Gluten-Free Flour • Red Food Coloring (optional)
Icing • Powdered Sugar • Milk
Place the freeze dried strawberries in a food processor, and grind until it's mostly fine and powdery. Chop up chocolate and melt with butter.
Whisk in milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. You can add food coloring here, if using. Then mix in eggs until smooth. Fold in powdered strawberries and flour.
Pour into a prepared baking pan, and bake until lightly browned on the edges and set in the middle. Allow to cool completely.
Stir together powdered sugar, milk, and powdered strawberries. Spread the icing on top of the brownies and top with some crushed freeze dried strawberries. Cut into 16 squares.
