Boneless Skinless Chicken Sea Salt • Ghee • Garlic Cloves Sesame Seeds • Green Onion Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce • Pineapple Chunks • Ginger • Coconut Aminos • Arrowroot Starch • Apple Cider Vinegar
Place all Whole30 teriyaki sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
Season chicken with salt, then stir fry in ghee stirring until browned on all sides, about 3 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Cook garlic until golden and fragrant. Add the blended sauce and simmer until thickened. Add chicken back into the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and serve with cauliflower rice.
