  • Combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl, and use a stand mixer or an electric mixer to whip until stiff peaks form.
    2 cups heavy cream, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • In an 8x8 baking pan, cover the bottom with a thin layer of whipped cream.
  • Add a single layer of graham crackers, cutting them if needed to cover the pan.
  • Spread 1/3 of the whipped cream on top of the graham crackers, then spread 1/3 of the strawberry slices on top.
  • Repeat steps 3 and 4 two more times to create three layers total.
  • Cover the dish with a plastic cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight.
  • Slice and serve cold.
