Dry Rub • Sea Salt • Chili Powder • Cumin • Garlic Powder • Smoked Paprika
First, cut the pork into 2-3 inch pieces, then stir together all the dry rub ingredients, and toss with the pork pieces.
Set the Instant Pot to SAUTÉ, add oil and cook the pork until brown on all sides. Then stir in the broth and BBQ sauce.
Set the Instant Pot to MANUAL for 60 minutes, and release pressure naturally. Then remove the pork, set to SAUTÉ and let the sauce simmer.
Shred the pork with 2 forks, then turn off the Instant Pot and stir the pork back into the reduced sauce.
