Place trimmed and halved brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Top with bacon pieces, dispersing them evenly.
Roast at 425F for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and paprika and toss together. Roast for another 20-25 minutes until crispy and browned, stirring and flipping halfway through.
