Air Fryer Ham Recipe with Homemade Honey Glaze

- 3-3½ lb fully cooked boneless ham spiral cut
- 2 tbsp butter or any cooking oil
- 3 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees F.
Use an aluminum foil to wrap the ham completely, making sure the seam is at the top. If you prefer the foil to not touch the meat, you can add a layer of parchment paper in between the foil and the meat.
Place the ham in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
While the ham cooks, melt butter to a small saucepan over medium low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the mixture starts bubbling. Remove from heat.
Open up the foil and brush the ham all over with about 3/4 of the glaze.
Close up the foil and cook the ham in the air fryer for another 20 minutes.
Fold the foil down and brush on the rest of the glaze. Cook in the air fryer uncovered for 10 more minutes until browned and caramelized, and the ham reaches 140-145 degrees F.
Rest for 10 minutes, then serve.
