Ingredients

  • 3-3½ lb fully cooked boneless ham spiral cut
  • 2 tbsp butter or any cooking oil
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees F.
  • Use an aluminum foil to wrap the ham completely, making sure the seam is at the top. If you prefer the foil to not touch the meat, you can add a layer of parchment paper in between the foil and the meat.
  • Place the ham in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
  • While the ham cooks, melt butter to a small saucepan over medium low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the mixture starts bubbling. Remove from heat.
  • Open up the foil and brush the ham all over with about 3/4 of the glaze.
  • Close up the foil and cook the ham in the air fryer for another 20 minutes.
  • Fold the foil down and brush on the rest of the glaze. Cook in the air fryer uncovered for 10 more minutes until browned and caramelized, and the ham reaches 140-145 degrees F.
  • Rest for 10 minutes, then serve.

Expert Tips

Prepping the Ham: Use aluminum foil to wrap the ham completely, making sure the seam is at the top. If you prefer the foil to not touch the meat, you can add a layer of parchment paper in between the foil and the meat.

Serving Tips

After the ham has rested, use a sharp knife and a cutting board to slice the ham into thin slices. Transfer the sliced ham onto a serving platter and serve with your favorite side dishes like this Creamy Grape Salad, Mac & Cheese, Cucumber Radish Salad, Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus Salad, or Grilled Zucchini

Storage Tips

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days. Reheat in the air fryer, microwave, or oven. In my opinion, the flavor is even better with leftovers!
You can use ham leftovers for Ham and Pea Pasta Salad, Ham and Potato Soup, or sandwiches.
