- 1 cup almond milk or any other dairy free milk
- 1/4 cup water

- 2 tsp ghee or grass-fed butter
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: Optional: sweetener of your choice Omit for Whole30
- Ice cubes
Place all ingredients except ice in a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a glass over ice and enjoy!
