Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or any other dairy free milk
  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 tsp ghee or grass-fed butter
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Optional: sweetener of your choice Omit for Whole30
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except ice in a blender. 
  • Blend until smooth and frothy. 
  • Pour into a glass over ice and enjoy!
