Ingredients in Holiday Spiced Nuts

These Christmas spiced nuts recipe has less than 10 ingredients, and it’s easy to make! Here are all the things you need to make this:

  • walnuts
  • pecan halves
  • cashews
  • dried cranberries: For paleo-compliant unsweetened dried cranberries, I recommend this brand. If you don’t have dried cranberries, any other dried fruits will work like dried cherries, raisins, or even goji berries.
  • maple syrup: Honey can used be instead. You might want to increase to 1/4 cups since maple syrup is sweeter than honey.
  • egg white: Using egg whites in these holiday mixed nuts helps the flavors stick to the nuts, and it also helps create clusters by sticking the nuts together. It’s seriously a game changer!
  • sea salt
  • cinnamon
  • cayenne
